Espacio Punto Nemo presents "The Five Elements" for Hybrid Art Fair 2026, an exhibition project based on the ancient concept of the primordial elements, drawing on references from both classical Greek philosophy and Chinese tradition. In classical Greece, the four elements—Earth, Water, Fire, and Air—were complemented by the quintessence (or ether), the material that constitutes celestial bodies. Similarly, traditional Chinese philosophy (the pillar of Feng Shui) considers five elements: Earth, Wood, Fire, Water, and Metal.
The exhibition is structured in five parts, articulating the work of five artists. This organisation traces the configuration of the space as a visual pentagram, where each piece finds its position and harmony inherent to the number five.
