Desllegar (Música háptica nº 1)
Ruth Abellán y Arturo Moya Villén
It is a sound installation that proposes a listening experience set and corporeal on the hotel staircase. The work begins in the skin. Each section activates a tactile listening through the wooden handrail, while a second audible layer moves in space, disorienting any stable direction. Both layers articulate an exercise that involves the body and the ear and invites the visitor to build their own experience based on their movements. The ladder, usually conceived as a place of passage, is transformed into a delay device in which ascending and descending are no longer opposite actions but overlap physically and symbolically. To escape is to persist in the conflict, to sustain the transit until you inhabit it, to last.

Free performance inside
Pablo Alvez Artinprocess
An artist walks down the corridor with his head hidden inside a giant paper envelope. On the outside, the envelope says «FREE PERFORMANCES INSIDE». At times, the artist reveals his face to engage the audience and invite them to look inside the envelope, where images and timelines provide a simplified representation of the history of performance art. Through this portable archive, the artist pays tribute to the historical references that have shaped his current practice.

When art cannot fit on a single screen. Bodies, screens and frictions: contemporary art in the post-digital era
Modera: Nieves Correa con Rachel Lamot y Alejandra Gradis
Contemporary artistic practice takes place in a hybrid territory where body, technology, virtuality and physical presence constantly intersect. From screen-mediated performances to digitally native works that are activated in physical spaces, this talk offers a reflection on how post-digital languages are reconfiguring the artistic experience and modes of exhibition.
Key issues will be addressed, such as the meaning of "material" in a context permeated by digital technology and how these changes affect the production, circulation and reception of works within fairs and alternative spaces.

Drag Makeup Workshop ALTernar la mascarada: Alterities and Altocalcifilico
ALThaus Creative Collective in collaboration with CCC Quinta del Sordo
A creative gathering to explore the many possibilities of Drag/Cuir makeup, taking into account some references from our transvestite practice, different techniques of use and aesthetic influences (Club kid, Classic Drag, Visual effects, Distortion, Kabuki Theatre, among others).
We will then carry out a make-up practice based on the designs and compositions on the face explored by the participants. To conclude this workshop, we would like to propose a catwalk-style performance exercise, in which you can show off your make-up creations and accompanying looks, to be presented at the contemporary art fair.
Reservations are required. Maximum 15 people.
*We ask participants to bring their own make-up items to the workshop if they have them. Although we will have basic make-up available, we know that we can feel more comfortable with our own make-up.

Las MYNYMYNY
Las MYNYMYNY (Alba Tesias, Julia Ballesteros y Alba Cavero) They cross the space trying not to be seen. But their interest in gossip, their fascination with art, and their ostentatious costumes make this task impossible. The clown has never been so elegant, never had such refined style, and never been, or tried to be, so silent.

Oracle of creatures that do not yet exist
Valentina Bobbo, Direction and curatorship: Lu Martínez
Fluid creatures do not announce destinies or predict futures. This oracle responds to memory and creates possible utopias within the impossible. Voices emerge from poetic residue, collapse, the collective unconscious, imagination, and matter. Words, gestures, languages, and entities in transition speak to us from a non-linear time, where what does not yet exist already leaves its mark. The performance proposes a cross between ritual, visual art, mysticism, and science fiction.

Talk:
"Pronto llegará el día de mi suerte"
SELECTORMARX and Canal Gallery
"My lucky day will finally come" is a long-term documentary project developed by Marcos Jiménez, known as Selectormarx, an advertising and documentary photographer with a degree in Journalism and a Canon Pro Master since 2022. His career has focused on constructing visual narratives linked to urban culture, Madrid folklore and the city of Madrid as a symbolic and social space. For more than two decades, Selector Marx has documented the evolution of hip-hop in Madrid from within, combining his experience with a journalistic eye and photographic archive as tools of memory. This talk offers a direct encounter with the artist, who will explain in first person how he has constructed this visual and human narrative, addressing the aesthetic, social and industrial changes of the movement towards urban music with Madrid as the backdrop. A space to reflect on the value of archives, lived experience and images as a form of knowledge and cultural legacy.

El ecologismo de los pobres
Diego G.
"El ecologismo de los pobres" ("The Ecologism of the Poor"), is a deep exploration on subalternances from the thought of Antonio Gramsci. The research addresses historical migrations linked to water scarcity through a multidisciplinary approach that unites ecology and ceramics. Using the reconstruction and recycling of barrels and bottles, the work works as a metaphor for the human footprint and the vital importance of water. These pieces, arranged in columns or activated by performance, denounce the ecosocial crises and extractivism, placing artistic practice as a space of resistance and sustainable consciousness.

Collective action:
Mañas de agarre
Eva Pintiado
"Mañas de agarre" is a mediation exercise initiated by curator Eva Pintiado in the form of a cross-disciplinary, hybrid reading club. Like the terrero, which is the place where the sport of Canarian wrestling is practised, room 220 of the Petit Palace Santa Barbara hotel will be transformed into a relational device that ceases to be a private space and becomes a place of friction and proximity, where the viewer not only observes but also actively participates in the construction of meaning. Based on publications such as photobooks and books of fiction and poetry, the mediation will establish direct relationships between different texts and the works of the artists invited by Margullo Books to this edition of the fair, activating the concepts of the exhibition from multiple perspectives. The exchange of ideas, impressions and readings broadens the meanings of the pieces and places the public at the centre of the process, reinforcing the participatory nature of the project and highlighting the terrero as a tool and space for thinking about new ways of inhabiting, gathering and generating community in the contemporary context of art.

Collective action - Cloud Encounter: Imagine Being a Cloud
Seren Ilkdogan, Andrea Grieder
Cloud Encounter is a participatory experience that invites visitors to engage in a poetic and physical dialogue with the clouds: companions we see almost every day, but whom we rarely stop to truly encounter.
During these 20 minutes, accompanied by the artists, participants are invited to choose a small photograph of a cloud and engage in a gentle imaginative process, guided by simple instructions. Through drawing, writing or visual exploration, the image is transformed into an aesthetic response rather than an interpretation. As the responses are gathered on the collective cloud wall, people are invited to observe the diversity of expressions and perceive how their own cloud finds its place among many others.
This encounter opens up a playful space where perception, imagination and bodily sensation come together. By momentarily 'becoming' a cloud, participants are invited to slow down, listen inwardly and explore how meaning emerges through images, sensations and poetic language. The responses collected form a shared visual landscape that reveals multiple ways of seeing, feeling and being.

Performance Audiovisual:
《Sonic Afterimage》Performance audiovisual 2026
Chen Yu-Jung
The work Sonic Afterimage uses algorithms as its main generative mechanism, seeking to infuse organic vitality through the precision of digital logic. Through the interactive dialogue between programming and sound generation, space ceases to be a rigid container; its rhythm and form become fluid, transforming physical barriers into a heterogeneous, measurable, and mutable kinetic field. Within a profound visual and sonic language, these heterogeneous structures guide the viewer's perception to glide across the liminal boundaries between the natural, the artificial, the abstract, and the concrete.

Okeāns
Okeāns brings to Raum E116 a unique sound proposal that emerges from the intersection between experimental electronic music and contemporary artistic curation. With a solid track record on Radio Relativa through his JO-HA-KYU series of sessions, Okeāns explores electronic landscapes rich in textures, unpredictable rhythms and sensory narrative. His approach transcends the conventional dance floor to offer a profound experience — ideal for a context where sound and art meet and expand.

Performance audiovisual
Blanca Regina, Pierre Bouvier Patron and Toni Osuna
Vintage technologies such as slide projectors create a visual experience that dialogues with the history of the medium and adds an analogue and tactile dimension to digital projection. The combination of these strategies generates a hybrid space where technological memory and the present intersect, transforming the courtyard into an audiovisual laboratory and a place for collective encounters.
